• safeguarding your account credentials;

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

3. User Content

You retain ownership of your User Content.

By submitting User Content, you grant Timescrolly a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute your content solely for operating, improving, and promoting the Service.

This includes the right to feature public timelines or excerpts thereof on the Timescrolly website or related promotional materials.

3.2 Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your User Content.

You represent and warrant that:

• you own the content or have the necessary rights, licenses, or permissions to use it;
• your content does not infringe intellectual property or other rights;
• your content complies with applicable laws.

You agree not to upload unlawful, misleading, abusive, or harmful content.

3.3 Licensing Information

Where applicable, you are encouraged to provide attribution and licensing information for images or other third-party content you upload.

Providing such information does not relieve you of responsibility for ensuring lawful use.

3.4 Public Content

Public timelines may be viewed by anyone and indexed by search engines. You understand that public content may be shared outside the Service.

4. Paid Features

Some features may require payment. Prices, billing intervals, and features are described at the point of purchase.

We reserve the right to change pricing or offerings. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable to the maximum extent permitted by law.

5. Content Removal & Account Deletion

You may delete events, periods, timelines, or your account through the Service. Deleted content may be retained internally for technical, legal, or operational purposes.

You may request permanent deletion of your account and associated personal data by contacting us at support@timescrolly.com. Such requests will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

6. Copyright & Takedown Requests

Timescrolly respects intellectual property rights.

If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, you may submit a notice to copyright@timescrolly.com

We will respond expeditiously to valid notices in accordance with applicable law.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• use the Service for unlawful purposes;
• interfere with or disrupt the Service;
